The first edition of the ‘Sagarmatha Sambaad’ will be held on 2-4 April, 2020 on the theme of ‘Climate Change, Mountains and the Future of Humanity’. On the occasion of International Mountain Day, the regional consultation seminar was organized among the regional and local level stakeholders to incorporate their concerns and views as a compelling story for the global interest. Participants from the grassroots level demonstrated and shared their experiences as to how climate change has been impacting their lives and mountain ecology.
