Biography / Professional Profile

Ayusha Kunwar is a research professional with experience in clinical and economic policy research, alongside a growing interest in international affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University and has previously worked at Mass General Brigham in Boston as a Research Assistant and at the Nepal Economic Forum as a Research Intern in Kathmandu.
Her work has involved coordinating research participants, managing datasets, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare and policy research settings. During her time at the Nepal Economic Forum, she contributed to a World Bank-led study and authored a published economic blog exploring lessons from South Korea's development experience.
Ayusha's interests lie at the intersection of economics, public policy, international development, and global health. She is currently affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nepal as an intern, where she is researching overseas voting rights and policies aimed at expanding democratic participation for Nepali citizens abroad.
