Biography / Professional Profile

Ojashwi Adhikari is a researcher and policy analyst currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies at Columbia University. She previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Drawing on a professional background in legal research and case management, Ojashwi’s core expertise centers on international public law, digital governance, and human rights frameworks. Her academic research explores the intersection of international legal systems and digital mobilization, particularly within South Asia. She focuses on how emerging technologies and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) can be effectively leveraged for public policy development, transparent governance, and robust institutional analysis.

In her current capacity, Ojashwi’s research is dedicated to the operationalization of diplomatic strategies and strategic autonomy. She specializes in designing standardized response protocols that assist policymakers in navigating complex, competing transnational infrastructure agreements. By bridging academic legal scholarship with pragmatic, actionable policy tools, Ojashwi aims to help institutions reinforce their commitments to disciplined, multi-vector diplomacy and sustainable international cooperation.
