This publication presents the proceedings of a national seminar on the principles, strategies, and protocol of Nepal’s foreign policy. Organized by the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) with support from Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), the seminar brought together representatives of major political parties, diplomats, scholars, and policymakers to discuss Nepal’s foreign policy priorities, national interests, diplomatic conduct, and protocol practices.
